RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

For Custom or Personalised Items:

These items are custom made and are non refundable unless faulty or damaged. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the situation.

For Non-Custom Items:

You have 14 days of receiving your order to notify me you’d like to make a return. You then have a further 14 days to return the item in the original, unused condition. Contact me if you’d like to make a return.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, cancellation is at my discretion, particularly if custom work has already started. Contact me if you’d like to request a cancellation.
